国道に面した間口の広い敷地にＶＷ店舗・整備工場を配置。 敷地を分割し、新車店舗（ショールーム）と中古車店舗をＶＷ店舗レギュレーションに即したデザインと配置計画でまとめた建物です。来客車両動線と新車・中古車整備作業動線の確認・検討 及び、各所サイン・展示車両の視認性を考慮して設計を進めました。
