樹齢３００年の紅葉を囲むエントランスホールのある老人ホーム。　　歴史ある土地オーナー家屋と 大木の茂る雑木林の土地から、道路を拡幅し開発許可手続きを経て整備した敷地に建つ施設です。　周辺環境に溶け込む優しい外壁色に木調ルーバーと門型マリオンを建物のファサードとして特徴づけました。内部仕上はダークブラウン系の木製建具をアクセントに 明るい壁との色合いで高級感と落着きのある空間を演出。
