企業の寮として役目が終わった後、スケルトンまで内装を解体しエレベーターの位置まで変えた大幅なコンバージョンとなりました。
弊社として大掛かりな用途変更へのノウハウができ、今後の事業へつながる実績となりました。
コンパクトながら温かみある介護施設へ変更し、開設前から入居問い合わせが多くオープン後も人気の施設となりました。
